Built in 2006, the residence pays tribute to its setting by capturing the quintessential easy living of the tropics and bringing it to life in all interior spaces. Every element of this residence was planned and executed in meticulous detail — from the hand-picked mahogany wood moldings, shutters, cabinetry and doors to the luscious Brazilian Walnut floors and the natural Dominican-imported stone. Each detail was carefully appointed to create grand yet warm and inviting spaces, with natural elements weaved throughout the home. The master suite includes an adjacent sitting room, dual bathrooms and closets, and a sprawling, covered balcony overlooking the grounds and waterway, welcoming the cooling ocean breezes that naturally sweep the property. In addition, two completely independent guest suites were built to comfortably host family and friends. Stepping outside, an impressive summer kitchen, a large pool and a boathouse offer the perfect environment to unwind after a day at sea. A private and custom 110’x36’ boat inlet keeps water-crafts safe and out of sight, allowing for uninterrupted water views and adding to a total of 335’+/- of water frontage.
