Graduated Tulane University law school and first practiced in New Mexico. Moved to WPB in 1980 and practiced with a medium-sized local law firm and a national law firm until 1996 when I formed my own practice. I spent the first part of my career involved primarily in construction litigation and since then I have been involved extensively in all types of litigation, including commercial, real estate, probate and family law disputes.
At this time approximately 60% of my practice involves transactional work, working with people and small businesses to buy and sell businesses and manage and operate the businesses. I am also involved in negotiating real estate deals and representing both buyers and sellers. I also spend a substantial amount of time working with people to develop estate plans, including Wills and Trusts.
