Phil Heatley grew up in a polo and horse family. His grandfather played polo, and his father raised race horses and played polo as well. Polo brought Phil and his family to Wellington in the mid nineties. He studied the Wellington real estate market, earned a Broker’s License, and eventually bought a small Wellington horse farm within the Outback Polo Farm complex. Phil has years of experience in the Wellington horse world and thoroughly understands that community’s real estate needs.
